Before we can interpret or apply Scripture, we must first slow down and observe what it actually says. Observation is the foundation of good Bible study. In this first part of “Read,” we learn to open our eyes, hearts, and Bibles with fresh perspective—learning to notice key terms, structure, and patterns in the text.
